vivid white toothpaste works a little bit- good for avoiding touch ups or to lighten a bit.
white strips work well, but you need to follow the directions to T.
custom trays are okay, but getting more expensive.
zoom works well, but causes pain/sensitivity and is really expensive.
i would recommend white strips or custom trays from the dentist depending on your budget. and the vivid white toothpaste to keep them white.

when you use teeth whitening products the enamel on your teeth is ruined. are they really that bad that you need to use it? id see the dentist first imo.

my teeth get sensitive when I use whitening products. I brush my teeth with baking soda. I just dab my toothbrush in a pile of soda after I put my toothpaste on and brush as normal.

I have tried several products, and had good results. However, I have heard that a lot of products are dangerous too. Whitening toothpaste works well, but works by rubbing off some of the tooth enamel with abrasive ingredients. I liked the Liquid Calcium toothpaste (I think arm and hammer) and it is not abrasive, so that may help. I also had lots of luck with Crest Whitestrips, but after only a few days my teeth started to get very sensitive to hot and cold foods, and even chewing started to hurt. I stopped, I understand different people have different results, but such sudden changes can’t be good.
The safest methods are the ones available from your dentist, see what they think and can offer before you start something that could be harmful.
