   i know of two ways that are cheap ok put peroxide on a tooth brush and brush your teeth and brush them every day for 2wks they will be sparkly white but that way tastes yuk
   or
   get macleans whitening strips make sure your teeth are dry like heaps and put them on for half an hr then take them off and white teeth u’ll have

   Any age. If you go to a dentist they will do it. It takes 2 weeks which is the cheaper option one. They will make a mouth guard to fit your mouth and they put the stuff in it. Its around $600 – $700
   OR
   You can get it done in the chair but is about twice the amount?
