Teeth Whitening Advice?

I want to whiten my teeth but am not sure how it’s done or who to choose. I would like a Hollywood bright white smile because my teeth are perfectly straight and I look after them. How much can I expect to pay for this sort of treatment? I am in West Midlands so any recommendations gratefully received.

aving white teeth can entirely change your life. having a nice and bright smile can bring many friends and you can become very open and confident socially, but consulting a dental expert is the best thing you can do to be able to start restoring white teeth. he might be able to suggest a good, effective and safe teeth whitening treatments that is suitable to for your teeth. next is be able to distinguish the foods that can stain your teeth and the beverages you take in that can promote tooth stain like colas, coffee, tea, chocolates and sauces. be able to refrain from taking them and if not, you can always do proper brushing and flossing to remove the stains on your teeth after a meal. for more tips visit about getting whiter teeth visit http://www.trustedhealthproducts.com

Well here is my story, my mom got her teeth whitened professtionally and they looked great for awhile, but then started to go back to normal, the procedure was very expensive. I buy the crest white strips and my teeth always look great…just know that the cheaper the crest strips that more you have to use them and the longer y ou have to wear them so get the good kind if you want to go the less expensive way, if you want to go the expensive way just get some good places out of the yellow pages and go and check out the work that they have done and chose for yourself which would suit your style better.

The best way is to go to your dentist and he will make “trays” for you – these are moulds made for your own teeth. He will then prescribe you bleach in the strength he thinks is suitable. The benefit of trays is when you feel your teeth are discolouring again, you just use the trays and top up. Initially, you need to do it every day (I put mine in at night) for about 10 days then you just top up when needed to maintain. The cost is about £200 to £300. Bleach costs around £50 for four syringes. Your dentist will be able to offer you an initial consultant and advise if your teeth will respond to whitening – not everybody’s teeth will. I have used this method for years – my trays are still as good as new.
